The first story I ever wrote was called They Ate Like Pigs. My third-grade teacher remarked that my tale about an ill-mannered medieval royal family was so “unique,” it should be published. With a plot like that, are you at all surprised with my coworker's description of me? 

I’m an arts & culture editor at NEXT Magazine and recent master of journalism graduate with experience interviewing artists from FINNEAS to Leon Bridges, fashion styling from broadcast to editorial and travel writing from Paris to the Philippines. Ever curious, I can’t help but chase the most innovative way to tell a story.
